Sea Water Reverse Osmosis - SWRO
This a chemical production company in Bontang, East Kalimantan. The source of water is from seawater. Aozora’s Water Treatment System begins with pretreatment system (Filtration, chlorination), and then seawater is processed in Sea Water Reverse Osmosis System with a capacity of 10 m3/hr. In order the product water is suitable for domestic use, the water is then passed through a Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis System. The final TDS of the water is < 50 µS/cm is suitable for domestic consumption and also use for inlet Mixed Bed Deionizer System to produce high quality water for Boiler feed.

Brakish Water Reverse Osmosis - BWRO
Located in SPG Merbau Prabumulih requires a demineralized water supply of 5 m3/hr to provide high purity Boiler Feed Water. The source of water is a well water, after passing through a pretreatment system, it is processed in a Reverse Osmosis System with a capacity of 5 m3/hr. To achieve the requirement result , treated water from Reverse Osmosis will processed in Mixed Bed Deionizer System.

DEMINERALIZATION
Aozora designs and built demineralizer water plant to produce demineralized water from well water, tap water and RO permeate. The Plant is built to industrial standards with pretreatment filtration and ion exchange system.

DEMIN PLANT (Demineralization & Mix Bed)
AAP developed Demineralized Water System located at Indralaya, Palembang. With a design capacity of 6 m3/hr by using this pretreatment filtration, ion exchange and Mixed Bed Deionizer System.

BIOLOGICAL WASTE WATER TREATMENT
This retail company in Yogyakarta wanted to treated waste water. The Sewage Treatment Plant started to operated in 2010 and has consistently treated the waste water.

BIOLOGICAL - CHEMICAL WASTE WATER TREATMENT
This latest project of waste water treatment plant, install at the large Automotive Manufacture located at Dawuan Karawang. The system is treating waste water treatment from three different sources of waste water (Die Casting (100m3/day), Machining (10m3/day) and Painting Process (130m3/day)). The discharge from the system is required to comply with the industrial area regulation (Indotaisei standard)

ELECTRO COAGULATION WASTE TREATMENT
The new technology of membrane which is a Tubular Membrane, we treat waste water with high COD from die casting process in automotive industry. The capacity of the plant is 12.8 m3/day. Aozora is the first company in Indonesia that uses Tubular Membrane in wastewater treatment. The Advance treatment also implemented, Electro Coagulant Process as Pre Treatment.

ADVANCE BIOLOGICAL WASTE TREATMENT
The membrane Bio Reactor system built to treated waste water which has high color content with a capacity 240 m3/day. The discharge from waste water treatment plant has been full filled within the government‘s standard.

ADVANCE BIOLOGICAL WASTE TREATMENT
This is a Waste Water Treatment Plant, installed at Onshore Processing Facility in Grati, Pasuruan, East Java. The waste water having a high COD and phenol. The Plant begins with a chemical process (coagulation and flocculation) and the main process using Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR), a whole system is built in one package in stainless steel tank.
